Please allow 2 weeks for retail order processing.
Wholesale orders, please allow four weeks.
We will notify you by email or standard mail
if an item is currently unavailable. We do not backorder out of stock items.

If you are not completely satisfied with your Retail purchase,
return it to us in its original condition within 10
days for a full refund, less shipping costs.
Returned merchandise that was shipped by us Free of Charge will be credited
the purchase price, less a 20% restocking fee.

Shipping charges are nonrefundable, and
return shipping is the responsibility
of the purchaser
unless the order was incorrectly processed by us.
Sorry, burned candles are nonreturnable.
To ensure product integrity, we will not accept returns on linen sprays and opened refresher oils.

All items are packed with care and are shipped insured.
Damaged shipments must
be reported to the carrier (UPS) within 48 hours.
IT IS THE CONSUMERS RESPONSIBILITY TO REPORT DAMAGES TO UPS
AND TO FILE A CLAIM FOR LOSS WITH THE CARRIER.
